OUR STORY
Started by Erol Kagan in 1998
- Founded as a consultancy implementing financial systems and giving SunSystems users affordable, outstanding service.
- Erol's background in accounting, finance and systems shaped the consultative approach every team still follows.
- Built on integrity, customer focus, service excellence and commitment to staff and clients alike.
- Still headquartered in London, now with teams in 12 countries.

1999–2002 | First major win: a Europe-wide SunSystems rollout for SITA, completed in 2002. First employees join in 2001 |
2003 | Becomes a SunSystems distributor, selling and supporting as well as implementing |
2004 | Opens its first head office in the City of London |
2009 | Becomes an Infor Channel Partner |
2011 | First organisation to sell, implement and support SunSystems Version 6 |
2012–2013 | Launches FinanSys Cloud, the first dedicated SunSystems hosting service, then the first sale and implementation of ION for SunSystems |
2015–2019 | Opens a second UK office in Runcorn, sets up R&D, and opens West Africa and Indonesia operations to provide 24-hour support |
2020 | Grows to 50 employees |
2022–2023 | Infor Net New Partner of the Year two years running. Releases FinanSys Apps publicly, adds AI, machine learning and data capture, and passes 75 employees |
2024 | FinanSys Apps becomes UniFi. Achieves ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2, speaks at the ICAEW annual conference, and launches UniFi Bot Users |
2025 | Recognised by Infor for SaaS (FY24) and upgrades (FY25) |
